B: cranberries, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, ground flax meal and water smoothie. this was perfection.
L: salad from the whole foods/wild oats deli with carrots, peppers and so on. i put this on a bed of romaine with some of david wolfe's sun is shining supplement, cashews and pumpkin seeds.

S: drink: began as a smoothie but i added too much water. my idea was a recovery smoothie with a nutty and chocolate flavor. ingredients: almond butter, cacao nibs, coconut cream, cinnamon and agave. a bit less water and using cacao powder with the nibs as a garnish would be better. plus adding a banana.
