L/D: really late lunch! broccoli, one small avocado, romaine, alfalfa sprouts, 2 squeezed lemons, one carrot, 1/2 a cucumber, poultry seasoning, and basil blended into a warm soup.

S: banana with almond butter

feeling like i'm detoxing. it's yucky. i really want to give this two full months and today is day 12. wish me luck! i just want to know if my list from the other day can be checked off. it's exciting and interesting and i am determined. i'm going to sleep, drink lots of water, and chill out on the supplements.
