B: smoothie: blueberries, spinach, water, cherries, mangoes, cucumber and maca. not a good combo but i'm drinking it down! the maca is strong.
S: 3 raweo cookies. these have almonds, cashews, agave, carob, coconut and cinnamon.
S: 3 tangerines
L: green drink: 2 pears, spinach and water. 1/2 pound a spinach today so far!
D: salad: spinach, romaine, 2 nori sheets, 2 carrots, a zucchini, tahini, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ginger, rawmeson and one squeezed lemon.
still sick which means day 3 without a workout!
Your diet has been so healthy. I should really follow your example.
maybe you should go see a Doctor. I am concerned it has turned into sinusitis and may turn into bronchitis. I have known 3 people now that have suffered these recently due to complications with allergies. Maybe find some allergy medicine. Get well honey!
