L: red pepper boats with cashew black pepper cheeze, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. with a little kale salad with mashed avocado and lemon dressing. and a piece of cantaloupe.

S: piece of dark chocolate

D: kale salad with avocado and lemon dressing, rawmeson on top- (walnuts, sea salt and nutritional yeast) i know, nutritional yeast is not raw but it's got B12 and a raw vegan needs a little B12.

d: i made chocolate mousse in my blender for tomorrow, but scooped out a little taste for tonight. this was the recipe that was in domino magazine last month. it's perfection: bananas, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla and i added a little water so when the  coconut oil becomes a little more solid in the fridge it will hopefully maintain creaminess!
