pre workout B: a banana
hour workout at the park while it snowed, cold wind and rained on us! stairs, running, hills, triceps, abs, kick boxing side kicks, stretching
B: smoothie- water, hemp protein powder, 2 bananas, blueberries, maca, cacao, and 4 handfuls of spinach- couldn't even taste the spinach covered in all the sweetness!
all these photos of earth hour are pulling at my heart. i got teared up over the beauty of everyone doing the same thing at the same time. the celebration, the reasons, the creativity. it's really beautiful.

Oh not so good at all, i've been back to my usuall sad diet because i had family here, and didn't want to deal with the whole hassle of eating raw in front of them and getting the icky comments about green smoothies and such, But i do plan on starting back up with full force tomorrow because la familia left yesterday!!! How are you doing?
