B: smoothie- 2 bananas, water, peaches, 5 handfuls of spinach, and hemp oil. some walnut fudgie dessert.

L: broccoli salad

S: coconut, macadamia nut, goji berry cookie

S: more broccoli salad

d: walnut fudgie ice cream, it's almost gone!

D: restaurant- husband wanted sushi. i had a cucumber salad, a seaweed salad, and a big pile of ginger.
