started the day with some live fudge and a big glass of water.
B: smoothie- water, banana, strawberries, and blueberries. simple and yummy. i usually put so much stuff plus supplements so i took it easy today.
L: one of the most perfect green smoothies i've ever made! loads of spinach, 1/2 squeezed lemon, 1/2 a big cucumber, water, some apple peels from eliot's lunch and a big grapefruit! refreshing and tart. very different tastes for me to crave.

i also ate a tiny bowl of lentil soup- not raw that my very talented in the kitchen sister-in-law made.
d: coconut bliss dark chocolate ice cream- i've gotta check out if this is considered raw. the ingredients are organic coconut milk, agave, and cocoa. heaven. seriously. http://www.coconutbliss.com/
i have the same book "raw food made easy" and love the meatballs and marinara with zucchini pasta it is awesome.
went to the website to check out the coconut bliss and it sounds delish, doubt it is raw though!
i know, damn ice cream is so good, never again. i think that's what made me sick.
