B: smoothie: red chard, spicy chocolate hemp protein powder, cranberries, 2 bananas, and vanilla cream stevia
s: avocado- half with rawmeson and half with salsa and piece of raw chocolate
L: yesterday's "butter pasta" with carrot shaving pasta instead of zucchini. i added in red bell pepper strips and a few sun dried tomatoes. it did not disappoint!
D/d: raw flourless chocolate cake with pecans, dates, water, dash of salt, vanilla cream stevia and dark chocolate stevia with cherries ad a sliced banana on top. i ate half, save the rest for tomorrow. this recipe is one i've mentioned before from raw food made easy. i made it with walnuts last time but they were gone so i used the pecans. pecans are packed with protein, good unstaturated fats, and fiber. rock some cake!
D: at summer's had a small serving of her chili- not raw. i was doing so good today, darn her cooking!
