i'm just loving the content on the raw food success blog! the following page has a great chart that we can all learn from, i think, especially those who want to incorporate raw foods with their excisting diet, no matter what it is!

B: smoothie: 2 cups coconut water, big bag of frozen blueberries, msm, sun is shining, way too much cacao, chia, mesquite, handful of goji berries and agave.

L: restaurant: vegan slice of pizza

D: green smoothie: water, 2 bananas, 1/2 bag frozen raspberries, 1/2 squeezed lemon, a kiwi, and 4 big handfuls of arugula

D#2: zucaroni and cheeze from goneraw.com- oh my god. amazing!

scheduled for 5 miles today but i still need to rest up and get well!
