Gym workout:
elliptical- one hour
abs- 5 minutes
rowing machine – 10 minutes
upper body free weights – 7 minutes
stair machine – 10 minutes
abs- 5 minutes
upper body free weights 5 minutes

And I'll do more tomorrow! I'm enjoying the gym experience so far. I could just go and go and go. They called me the Energizer Bunny at boot camp. I really want a trainer though- I like someone to push me! Ha!
