What are your middle names?
My middle name is Angelina after my maternal grandmother, Angela and because it means gift from God. His is Christian.
How long have you been together?
Married for 9 1/2 years and together off and on for 14 years.
How long did you know each other before you started dating?
We met when I was 16 and he was 14. My brother married into his family. We shared our first kiss 3 years later.
Who asked whom out?
I was all about him when I was 16 and scared him a little even though he liked me back a little too. He took me to the famous Griffith Park Observatory in Los Angeles for our first date.
How old are each of you?
I'm 34 and he'll be 32 in April.
Whose siblings do you see the most?
He has one sister and I have three brothers and two sisters. We live in the same city as his sister so we see her the most.
Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple?
Where we want to live. And that's pretty much it.
Did you go to the same school?
No, Andy is a Berkeley graduate.
Are you from the same home town?
No, I'm from Puyallup, Washington and he's from beautiful downtown Burbank, California. So I love California and he thinks the pacific northwest is amazing.
Who is smarter?
Andy is unbelievably smart. But he always says I have the most important kind of smarts, I'm in touch with my feelings and share them. He's so smart to say that to me.
Who is the most sensitive?
Duh, I'm ridiculously dangerously sensitive.
Where do you eat out most as a couple?
Hmmm, we got to new places all the time but we tend to like Bumble Kiss and Por Que No a lot lately.
Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple?
Australia and Italy.
Who has the craziest exes?
Crazy doesn't sound too kind. But, my exes are all over the place. A goth vampire, an ex-circus employee, a bi-sexual hairdresser, two army specialists, a pot head, a rocker poet, and more. And these are all unfair labels done up for your reading pleasure- for the most part.
Who has the worst temper?
Moi. I have red hair and I'm Italian and Irish. Those are my self imposed labels and excuses. Deal with it.
Who does the cooking?
Both of us. He loves when I cook but I get really insecure and we eat so differently. I'm just happy when we sit down together at a table.
Who is the neat-freak?
Me.
Who is more stubborn?
He thinks he's right all the time and so do I.
Who hogs the bed?
He sleeps sideways a lot and throws his arm or elbow on my head.
Who wakes up earlier?
I like an early boot camp workout the very best. And I love the quiet of early mornings all by myself getting ready to go exercise. Standing at my little kitchen computer nook, obsessively checking the weather, twitter, facebook, vox and google feeds with a big glass of water.
Where was your first date?
Our first date alone was either walking to the Harbor mart in Channel Islands or going for hot chocolate at a diner…

A little here a little there.
How long did it take to get serious?
We moved in together twelve years ago. Serious time.
Who eats more?
Me! We both love to eat but I think I could eat more.
Who does the laundry?
I don't think he knows how to start the washer. The clothes are clean so that means I do.
Who's better with the computer?
Hahahahhahha. duh. He is.
Who drives when you are together?
I love to drive. I was just thinking today how I used to drive hours and hours by myself from Puyallup to La Conner whenever I felt like it. Playing my music loud, windows down, hair blowing. I'd go eat alone, sit on the dock and stare out at the Skagit River, and then drive home. Bliss. I met Tom Robbins there and then again a few years later in Santa Monica, but that's another story.
