*oatmeal with blueberries, banana & chocolate
*green juice at Sip hanging with Eliot, my dad and step mom. Then off to E's bouldering class!
*salad- sunflower sprouts, Quite Cheesy kale chips, cucumber and balsamic vinegar. A few bites of raw chocolate ice cream for dessert.
***boot camp class at the gym
*vega vanilla shake with frozen bananas, lucuma, vanilla agave, msm, and tocos plus to reenergize!
*spiralized zucchini "pasta" with garlic merlot tomato sauce, a big hunk of my hubby's home made bread and strawberry kombucha to drink. All so very filling and hit the comfort food spot. I loved today's food! Those sprouts at lunch are incredible perfection! More tomorrow…
