*oatmeal, blueberries, banana, chocolate and goji berries
***danced, jumped, rebounded and ran through the house with E for exercise for about 30 minutes, so much fun! 50 push ups too!
*sunflower sprout salad, dulse, the last (boo-hoo) of the Quite Cheesy kale chips, one squeezed meyer lemon and lots of celelry.
We went for our passports and photos today! Note to USPS- you don't need to touch my child's head and fix his hair and then linger on his forehead. I will take you down. Eliot was very hungry (and traumatized by the snail pace of the post office) so we stopped at Hot Lips for slices. I ate a vegan slice with sundried tomato paste, olives, broccoli and artichokes.
*juice from Sip- this time greens, beets, carrots and ginger
*oatmeal blueberry chai vegan pancakes from Jam. I'd been craving these for awhile. Gave in today and brought them home for a sweet dinner. Yum. More rebounding tonight and maybe a sunflower or pea shoot snack, I love these sprouts! ahhh, I know how to spend a Friday night! xoxo
