*chocolate mint (and green) raw vegan shake: cacao, almond butter, frozen bananas, vanilla agave, water, chocolate mint leaves, collards, and msm
*oatmeal with chocolate, blueberries, gojis and cherries.
***3 mile run, 15 minutes on the eliptical, boot camp class, 2.5 miles home
*smoothie- water, vega vanilla powder, bunch of kale, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, maca, mesquite, carob and a date.
*sprout salad- sunflower sprouts, pea shoots, half squeezed lemon, nutritional yeast, dulse, black pepper and half an avocado. Two toasted slices of ezekiel bread with the other half of the avocado on top. Sooooooooo delicious.

Out our front door we have two pink fluffy trees. These beauties are blooming all over Portland right now.
