*I finally tried Chia goodness cereal. I really like cereal but the ones I ate as a kid are gross and since I don't drink any dairy or processed milk I have to plan a little ahead in order to blend up some hemp seed, almond, or some other nut or seed milk (and have a yummy raw cereal on hand!). With Chia goodness you can use water or milk. Found out this morning probably would be tastier with cold milk-in my opinion. I ended up mixing half a serving of Chia cereal with my oatmeal of chocolate, gojis and cherries. And I saved the rest for eating later as a snack or in another bowl of oatmeal tomorrow!
***Interval running on the treadmill, sprints up to 9.0! wow! 100 push ups, 200 crunches with variations, jump squats, incline treadmill running, walking and side shuffle.
*32 ounces green smoothie- one head of romaine, strawberries, bananas, and scoop of vega
*salad: lambsquarters, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, broccoli, peas, black pepper, nutritional yeast, and squeezed lemon with two pieces of ezekiel toast.
*Green juice from Sip
*One cup of vegan chili with a sprout, tomato and horseradish sandwich on ezekiel.
