***Bike in intervals, treadmill with sprint intervals at 3 incline then at 14 incline, resistance tubing for 10 minutes working a variety of chest, back, and arms.
*green smoothie- kale, vanilla vega, blackberries, bananas and msm.
*cup of chili, with kale salad I picked up from Yummy Tummy and I dumped more sprouts on top. Yum, sprouts!
