My order from One Lucky Duck arrived yesterday with my Chocolate Crispies cereal! So I made hemp seed milk from Brendan Brazier's Thrive book and now I have more then enough for my two little bags of raw vegan cereal.

*cereal above, hemp milk, bananas, blueberries.
*probiotic
*green juice from Sip
*Pure raw bar. I love these and I can only find them at Trader Joe's. I ate my bar at my sister in law's house while her oldest boy and my little boy played in the garden. They even got to see a caterpillar's poop. Fun in the sun.

*smoothie to refuel after my workout- Vega vanilla, bananas, blueberries, maca, msm and water
*For dinner I made wraps with large collard leaves and filled them cucumber, sunflower sprouts and the sea veggie sauerkraut from Yummy Tummy that I had left over. For dessert I ate some raw vegan vanilla ice cream and a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie from Sun Flour baking company.
