*Fruit salad- 4 mandarins, one banana, one kiwi
*green smoothie- spinach (about four big handfuls), tocos, msm, maca, spirulina, carob, two frozen bananas, frozen cherries, an orange, chocolate stevia and a small handful of cacao nibs for some crunch! All blended with filtered water. Drinking 16 oz now and will save the other half for after my workout.
*Half a berry flavor Vega bar
***bike, treadmill with inclines, sprints and side shuffling, abs, dumbells and yoga stretches.
*16 oz of my green smoothie I made this morning.
*Snack time- half of a sliced cucumber with salsa, mango Synergy kombucha, and a little Sun Flour Baking Company chocolate chip cookie- vegan, gluten and wheat free!
*Dinner time- cooked quinoa, nutritional yeast, sprinkling of kale chips crumbs, radishes, black pepper and arugula greens mix from the farmer's market. 
 So full tonight something is not digesting happily. But not too uncomfortable to eat two One Lucky Duck blueberry cookies!
