***Yoga for 35 minutes and treadmill for 10 minutes 15% incline at 3.4. Five minutes of bosu ball balancing squats.
*Green smoothie- 16 oz spirulina, spinach, bananas, blueberries, msm, cacao, maca, mesquite and water.
*Restaurant- tofu scramble, few breakfast potatoes and toast and jam with a virgin bloody mary with two olives and one piece of pickled asparagus.
*Green juice from Blossoming Lotus and a vegan chocolate chip cookie.
*More green smoothie from this morning.
*Toro Bravo- spinach with pine nuts and raisins, kale raab, dried cherry cous cous ad a few bites of olive oil cake.
