*Big glass of water with cayenne and squeezed lemon.
*Two little mandarins
*Green smoothie-about 25 oz of collards, blueberry and lavender jam, blueberries, mango, a banana, msm, lucuma (photo below), carob and water.
*Salad- ranch style kale chips over arugula, squeezed half a lemon and orange slices all around, it was beautiful but I was too hungry for a photo.
*Probiotic
*Yummy Tummy's thai salad and a raw vegan ice cream and banana for dessert.
***Ran 3.5 miles combo of outside in our neighborhood, 600 stairs at the end of our street and 15% incline on the treadmill.
*Banana and half a Pure bar.
