Last Sunday I ran in my Vibram Five Fingers for the first time on my treadmill. I then continued breaking the shoes and my legs in with running in them Monday, Tuesday & Thursday through Saturday. On Wednesday I did my Tracy Anderson video literally barefoot so I could give my feet a rest from the shoes. So far so good, my muscles are adapting, the shoes are becoming more comfortable, my speed has increased and all this while having a pretty bad cold and cough. I can't wait to get outside in these! Will I have to wait until March? It's possible. boo-hoo.

Monday I'm starting P90X! So excited!
