Blueberries and chocolate, bananas, maca, vitamin E powder, lucuma, cacao nibs, vanilla, honey, almond butter, spinach, and chia seeds super-amazing-shake. That's what I'm drinking this morning. Gearing up for a hopefully very fun boot camp workout later today.

In the past four weeks we've been to Arizona, New York and California. We had so much fun and now were breathing back at home in Portland for now. Just wanted to say a quick hello. xoxoxo
