Well, yes of course there is but food is pretty important to me & I’m sure it is to you too. We need food, it sustains life & in our deepest memories we hold certain tastes & smells as dear as people we’ve loved & have loved us. We are linked by what we’ve shared at the table. It’s powerful & true. To let go in life of things that do not serve us emotionally & physically when we’re so tied to the feelings we’ve have, literally in our gut, proves difficult. I know I may loose some of you right about now… but it’s raw week for me beginning today & below is what I ate today & below that is a list of foods I love that serve me emotionally & physically. They don’t leave me wanting for more, they don’t leave  me so full that I’m afraid to move. We’ve all done that before, right? Right. There’s a new level of clarity when I eat ‘high raw’. It’s as if I can breathe deeper, all through my middle & throughout my body. This, for me is the gift of eating this way.
