Eliot went to his first day camp this summer. He had a terrific time & I tried to breathe. You see, he’s 7 and by now I know most kids have spent hours & hours away from their parents, but that’s not the case for my boy. We chose to homeschool kindergarten & first grade & I’m so glad we did. I feel he’s confident, self aware, kind & funny (and not at the expense of others- unless it’s slapstick comedy & you’ll find the two of us cracking up indeed!). I love him from top to toe. Wish us luck come September.
