So I did what I’ve repeatedly told people not to do: I ignored a very upset calf muscle to the point that on Tuesday it decided it was sick and tired of being neglected and brought me down! I was running through my kitchen, as I’m known to do and BOOM my gastrocnemius said EFF-YOU! And so I spent the next two days on the couch and if I had to get up I crawled, hopped and hoped. Thursday was my first day out and I was in pain but grateful to limp around the town doing some errands. That’s my story, don’t let it be in vain, please pay attention to those not so good hurts while you’re working out. XOXO
