Okay okay I concede. I can’t fit 90 minutes of yoga into my schedule everyday but I will do my best to do yoga everyday! Resolution revision take 2!

Today’s workout: 20 minutes of yoga on yogaglo with Kathryn Budig (and cleaning all three floors of  the home that I love!) Plus 10 minutes more of shoulder stand, plow to crow and then plank and ab work.
