Shake: Vega chocolate powder, spinach, frozen blueberries, half frozen banana, cardamom, water
One hour at Plantfit: Deadlifts and 7 minutes of burpees. My goal was to completes 70 and I did 82 burpees!
Shake: new Vega One chocolate powder mixed with coconut juice= VERY DELICIOUS!
