Agnieszka Zoltowski owns The New Leaf here in Portland, Oregon making and selling beautiful raw vegan food at the People’s Co-op farmers’ market. I recently featured her here on my PDX Vegan Guide post. If you see her you have to buy a hazelnut mylk because that creamy gorgeous drink sells out fast! She and two partners have been fundraising to open a restaurant and dessert bar with cooked and raw vegan food called Au Paon (the peacock in French). Love! I went to one of their events earlier this year and I’m still dreaming about the cheese plate, the ravioli and the dessert. Oh. My. The. Dessert. Now you may drool at my photos.
