Maybe I’m just too hungry at the moment or maybe this is one of the best treats I’ve ever blended up!
Recipe!
In the blender goes:
2 cups water
2 T sunflower seed butter
2 drops of vanilla stevia
one banana
Blend it up and you will have a lovely sunflower seed milk. Keep it in you blender and then add:
one (or two- your preference) frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping T of lucuma powder
2 heaping T raw cacao powder
1 scoop of Vega Performance Protein powder
1 small scoop of Greener Grasses powder
And lastly to your taste: nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom
And blend once more! Makes two generous servings!
SO. VERY. DELICIOUS.
