After a spur of the moment amazing trip to SoCal we are back in PDX.
We swam, ate at Madeline's Bistro, AuLac, many times at Planet Raw, ran the Santa Monica stairs, sat on the beach x2, anniversary party for my in-laws in Beverly Hills, met the beautiful Nancy , loads of pool time, Disneyland, husband went to New York, KindKreme for ice cream (love love love), Hugos Tacos, drives through Topanga Canyon make me tear up every time, got myself a sunburn & a head cold and returned to the northwest to run my first 10k bright and early Sunday morning. With only 6 hours of sleep I ran my best time ever with 8:46 minute miles I came in fourth in my age group. Racing bug got me again!
