Sweet tooth Thursday!

*Cacao Crunch Cereal with home made almond banana milk, sliced banana and blueberries

Ran out the door with E & A for E's first dentist appointment! Then ran errands downtown, SW, then Sellwood, SE and lastly home. Then went out for a play date at the park. Later E said, "You know what I know? Girls are crazy. Boys are a little bit but girls are really crazy." Soooo funny.

*2 small Cowgirl cookies from Prasad- they are my cookie perfection: chocolate chip, peanut butter & oatmeal vegan & gluten free!

***30 minutes of a Tracy Anderson dvd and 30 minutes cardio workout***

*Bliss salad from Prasad. Love this salad so much. It's filled with beets, quinoa, figs, currants, greens, ginger dressing, carrots & walnuts!

*dessert: Cacao raspberry raw vegan cheesecake from Prasad with fresh blueberries and sliced banana. Tried SO hard to save some for tomorrow. Could not pull it together, Ate It All. Yum.

Later I'm sure I'll have some water and probiotics and maybe a small snack so I'm signing off for now! Off to see a special screening of Toy Story 3 in 3D!

First off Happy Birthday wishes to my beautiful cousin's beautiful daughter and to my talented friend Ann Hymas and to my golf-pro Grandma! May 6 is a lovely day!

24 ounces water

S: bite of coffee chocolate

60 minutes total: 20 minutes treadmill: 15% incline then one mile run, Jillian Michael's DVD, extra ab work on the ball, finished with tabata sprint training on the treadmill and walking cool down.

S: Shake: soaked chia seeds, cacao, mesquite, vanilla, stevia, lucuma, tocos, handful frozen blueberries, one banana & maca.

B: The remainder of my post-workout shake with Dave's Killer blues buns. One with honey and the other with peanut butter and honey. Yum!!

S: one grapefruit

L: steamed kale, half avocado and raw vegan crackers from Yummy Tummy. 2 squares dark chocolate.

D: Bliss salad from Prasad: mixed greens, figs, currants, beets, ginger dressing. We went to Mashtun for dinner so even though my Prasad salad was filling I ordered the hummus plate with cucumbers- never enough cucumbers, tomatoes, pepperocinis and olives with pita bread. I ate all the pepperocinis, tomatoes and cucumbers, a few olives and  few pita triangles with a little hummus but it was pretty bland.

DS: Couple bites of raw vegan cheesecake from Prasad.

I made such a great smoothie today. Still swooning tonight so here's the recipe:

2 cups water
1 generous T raw almond butter
2 t cardamom
2 frozen bananas
1 c frozen blueberries
2 generous T cacao
pinch of vanilla liquid stevia
one scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Green Superfood
Blend for yummieness!

And then tonight husband brought home a piece of lavendar white chocolate raw vegan cheesecake for me from Prasad. Holy wow. Like eating sweet rich flowers.
