***Meditation and yoga. I've been spending time upside down every day. In a handstand of course! I still have to prop my feet against a wall but I take long deep breaths and try to stay upside down as long as I can. This is usually my last yoga pose when my body is nice and warm. I highly recommend it.
*Green smoothie- 32 oz- arugula, chia seeds, water, msm, lucuma, goji berries, bananas, and blueberries. Lucuma gives the most amazing texture, especially with bananas. For lack of a better word, lucuma makes my smoothies and shakes "fluffy" which is awesome.
*Probiotic
*Green smoothie- I wanted another! I made about 30 ounces half fro now and the other half for after my workout! Collards- about five, cherries, bananas, lucuma, cacao, and cacao nibs.
***Gym- 20 minutes 15% incline on treadmill at 3.5 speed, boot camp class, and 3 minutes rowing machine- 30 secinds palm up then 30 seconds palm down.
*Remainding 15 ounces of my collards smoothie with one scoop of spirulina.
*One whole cucumber sliced into little "chips" dipped into mashed avocado, cilantro and salsa mix. Grape kombucha and a Coracao chocolate. My Mother's day gifts arrived today- a box of Caracao chocolates and a case of peanut butter with six different kinds! Goodness, so not raw but they are vegan!

*Green smoothie-  almost 32 oz of an entire bunch of farmer's market arugula, frozen cherries, 2 bananas, one date, cacao, carob, msm, maca and water.
*Yummy Tummy's kale and sea veggie salad with half of a Lydia's Organics Tropical Mango Bar. The bar was great but my jaw hurts from biting into it. Crunchy stuff!
*Green juice from Sip. Eliot and I went out in the rain to People's, his favorite grocery store because they have little carts that are child size. While we were shopping a little girl came up to tell me how little I am. I asked her how old she was and she replied, 4 1/2. I'm little to a four year old people.
*Dinner- Beautiful plate with one sliced gala apple, sunflower sprouts, pesto kale chips, a little pistachio pesto from Living Tree Community Food, splash of balsamic vinegar and dulse. Yummy!
*Dessert- raw vegan chocolate ice cream, one banana and the rest of my Lydia's Mango Bar crushed on top.

I realized I haven't had a break from exercise for awhile so I am really trying to not workout today. I love to exercise to the point that resting is a difficult task. Ahhhh good habits that I don't want to break. Cheers!

I'm on a big mommy high today. After introducing Eliot to a game to win points and prizes for eating new foods (he So loves to win) he's tried watermelon, veggie burger with goat cheese, and yesterday the pb&j on the waffle sandwich. At this point I don't care how long it lasts just that he know now that trying things can be very very yummy! He's doing five bites of each new food and ends up eating it until he's full! He's already won a trip to OMSi. He's thrilled!

For me today:
*Giant papaya with fresh squeezed lime.
*Green smoothie: 16 oz collards, cacao, chocolate mint leaves, msm, maca, tocos, date and bananas.
*Half a small watermelon
***Boot camp at the gym
*16 oz of my green smoothie from this morning.
*The rest of my quinoa mixed with greens, nutritional yeast, black pepper, and half a small avocado. Andy had a sausage (vegan from Field Roast) on a whole wheat bun with goat cheese and other yummys so I joined in and ate a veggie dog with my quinoa with some good old ketchup and mustard. Dessert was a little vegan gluten free pancake with blueberries and white chocolate peanut butter- a very small portion went a long way. There was a time you would have seen me eat like three huge blueberry pancakes (not vegan) with piles of syrup and practically half a cup of peanut butter. Eek! I'm so full at the moment it's hard to think back to that! And tonight's dinner was a lovely vegan feast!
