I like a little (or a lot) of ballerina inspired, tutu, poofy, foofy outfits so here we go!

dress: Topshop (bought in London in 2009) / boots: ModCloth

With this dreary Portland winter hanging on I’ve been wearing some bright outfits to counter my sometimes blah attitude. And this get up is most definitely not blah.

Herbivore Clothing hoodie, striped top & black skirt from Target, Black Milk blue galaxy leggings and vegan Docs.

I’ve worn this dress dozens of times but on this particular afternoon I put it on for a little local photo shoot. Here’s how I styled it:

Dress from Anthropologie, Tarina Tarantino heart necklace, cardigan from Rodarte for Target, grey knee highs and Vivienne Westwood for Melissa plastic dreams pink shoes.

I bought this dress in February 2011 at Anthropologie and I gotta say I still love it. Wearing it with a striped top from Target, a Tarina Tarantino necklace, glittery tights from Forever 21 and Vivienne Westwood for Melissa shoes.

In the month of January 2012 I vowed to not buy myself any clothes and I did, I bought one pair of jeans. Hopefully I’ll feature them in an outfit post soon because after all, if they were worth breaking a promise to myself they better be amazing, right?

Have a lovely Tuesday! XOXO

And I was back here by the pool and on the beach again. Wearing map leggings, again. Some things are just too perfectly comfortable and fab to not wear again as soon as they’re out of the wash.
