Today’s vegan recovery/lunch shake: Vega One (chocolate), cacao nibs, one frozen banana, handful of frozen blueberries, cardamom, water and spinach.

30 minutes yoga on yogaglo with Kathryn Budig: Power Packed Flow

Shake: Vega chocolate powder, spinach, frozen blueberries, half frozen banana, cardamom, water

One hour at Plantfit: Deadlifts and 7 minutes of burpees. My goal was to completes 70 and I did 82 burpees!

Shake: new Vega One chocolate powder mixed with coconut juice= VERY DELICIOUS!

75 minute workout plus 5 minutes meditation plus 30 minutes yoga

Recovery raw vegan Green Smoothie: celery, banana, Sun Warrior chocolate protein powder, coconut oil, spinach and water. SO GOOD and honestly I thought it might suck.

Later in the day: 30 minutes yoga on yogaglo.com with Kathryn Budig’s Pike Party tutorial. I added some sun salutations, back bends, tripod headstands and warriors.
