early L: one zucchini, 1/4 of a red pepper and a big scoop of black pepper cashew cheeze
early D: romaine salad with fresh guacamole and pineapple mango salsa- super spicy!
d: chocolate mousse
one more day of rest. tomorrow i'll try a light workout and see how i feel. today is day 20 all raw!
late D: craving asparagus so i tossed some with salt and namo shoyu and made ani phyo's cheese sauce. ate just a little snack and saved the rest in the fridge. i also had loads of greens about to go bad so i put almost a pound of spring greens into my blendtec with almost 2 cups of water. threw 2 apples in, a granny smith and a fuji and made a huge green drink. having about 8 ounces now and i've got about 32 ounces for breakfast tomorrow.
The chocolate mousse sounds yummy!
Matt Amsden has a recipe in his book for chocolate puddin' that takes 5 thai coconuts! FIVE and that only serves two!

no problem:2 bananas1/3 c. cacao powder7 T. raw coconut oil or butter3 T. agave1 tsp. vanillai put it in my blend tec but you can use a food processor too! it's awesome!

i know! it's just fine in the fridge too. i like to take it out about an hour before i eat it so it gets all soft again. it's a perfect recipe.
